Very nice for tight spaced just make sure you cleat the tool of the last rivot. Just don't get one jammed because there's no way to remove a jammed pin so it's useless after that on my third one now sad

This is a cool tool to have in your arsenal if your making mods to your Jeep. Especially the inner fenders and such. However, I can see many different uses for this tool. The pop rivets themselves break at times and other times the don’t clip flush, but that is easy to fix with some side cutters. I don’t know if it’s cheap rivets or the tool. The rivets are cheap so not a huge deal.

This is junk. If anyone here has ever used a rivet gun, you would understand that virtually all rivet guns are pass-through designs, meaning that when you squeeze on a rivet and the head pops off, the pin can drop through the gun and clear for the next rivet. This is designed with no pass-through, and to make matters worse, it's designed for and shipped with plastic rivets. So I got ONE rivet installed, and the second rivet broke off as I was squeezing it in place. Since there is no way to disassemble the head and remove the broken rivet, there is no way to continue using this tool. Junk Junk JUNK. $25 down the drain. Look elsewhere.

Plastic Rivet Setter - Looks just like Marson version - works the same too !! Only issue I had was 1st rivet broke before even installing onto test panel. 2nd worked fine - and have not had any issues since - just make sure hole is proper size !! Did not come in pouch like Marson - so good idea to get box to house both tool and rivets - like tackle box draws, etc.

Used this replacing the front bumper on a Jeep Liberty. Simple to use, worked pretty well to install the rivets. The size of the setter was fine. I had no issues getting it into the several places I had to install a rivet. Happy with the construction (it feels pretty solid) and I hope to get more usefulness out of it in the future. Hopefully not to replace a smashed bumper, though.

I have been reading other reviews and one person stated that they wish it was smaller, if it was any smaller than it is you would not be able to compress the rivit. I work with alot of tools and this is perfect for doing the job of compressing plastic rivits for molding and other body add ons. This tool is a must have for the home or regular car enthusiest.

Pick this up to re-install the bumper and flare after installing the tow hitch onto my X5. Does what it does and the price is cheap! Also comes with many different size plastic rivets with this tool. Why I rated 3 stars, The design of is tool is a major problem. This tool is too long, you need a huge clearance (about 7 inch) to operate. When I reinstall the flares, I have to take off the tire to have enough space to operate this tool. So is bite more work for me to complete the installation. Friend of mine have a different style, it works much better in a tight space. I don't know how much is his. May be more expensive. When he show me how to use his. I'am blow...This tool Is perfect operating with huge open space. Like door panel or under the hood etc... But if you have tight space, this isn't the tool for you!
