Sturdy yet delicate since these are made out of cast iron you won't be able to reshape them and also the mounting pin on the backside bends quite easily so you are wise to pretrial a small diameter hole rather than trying to make use of the small mounting pin

These things are great! They really do push into the wall almost as easily as a push pin. I haven't tried them with anything particularly heavy, but they are a nice alternative to regular nails. Adds a touch of class, especially when hanging something by a ribbon or pretty cord.
