Maintenance
- Take the fuel injectors away being heated or damp
- Check clean, and tighten the circuit connectors regularly
- Wiped the moisture on the fuel injectors with a cloth and can't be baked with fire
- Clean up the carbon deposit left by the fuel injectors holes when installed or replaced
How should you replace fuel injectors?
Please turn off the engine and ACC power supply before installation and wait for the engine to cool down. when replacing the fuel injectors, please clean the carbon deposit on the spark plug or replace the fuel injectors to ensure the smooth and powerful engine system.
Installation Steps:
- Take off the engine cover.
- Clean up with a brush.
- Use a wrench to take away fuel injectors fixing screw.
- Take the power plug and take out the bad fuel injectors off.
- Install the AISHAN fuel injector. Lubricate the rubber ring and tighten the screws.
- After connecting the power plug, close the top cover.
